Getting there
Providence - T. F. Green Airport
For those flying in from out of town, the easiest way to get to Block Island is to fly into Providence and then:
- Take a taxi, Uber, or Lyft to the Block Island Ferry in Point Judith (roughly 40 min). If you are driving, parking by the ferry is $15/day.
Look for signs - Lots closer to the ferry jack up their prices, so choose wisely!

Amtrak - Northeast Regional Line from NYC
Westerly, RI stop - cute downtown, 40 minute Uber/Lyft to Block Island Ferry.
Kingston, RI stop - it is roughly a 30 minute Uber/Lyft to the Block Island Ferry.
